Filing a complaint online

Consumers can now lodge complaints regarding gas leakage, supply issues, demand notice issues, billing issues and account management issues on the official website of SNGPL.

Tracing of Listed Complaints

You can check and track the status of the complaint lodged by using the online services provided by SNGPL.

Duplicate of Sui Gas Bill

Providing duplicate copy of Sui Gas Bill to customers is one of the major online services provided by SNGPL. To check bill online and download for duplicate copies.

Consumer Bill:

  • Transfer of gas connection.

SNGPL accepts online applications for transfer of gas connection in its name. Due to the following reasons:

  • Inherited property
  • Change in tenancy
  • Purchase of new property

Purchase of new property:

If you can buy a new property and want to transfer the previous ownership of Sui Gas connection to your name for this purpose, you need the following documents:

  • Written request from the existing owner for transfer of needle gas connection.
  • A copy of the latest bill paid by the previous or current owner
  • Affidavit (bne e half) at Rs. 100 legal stamp papers.
  • Photocopy of property documents, i.e. registered sale deed, person/property mutation, or transfer letter.

Inherited Property:

Now, you can also change the ownership of your inherited property connection in your name.

Documents required to change connection:

  • Written request for change of ownership of gas connection
  • Photocopy of latest paid bill
  • Photocopy of CNIC
  • Affidavit 100 legal stamp paper on Rs
  • Copy of death certificate of current owner
  • Photocopy of property documents (latest deed or gift deed)


  • Application will be submitted in Regional Office and online through official website of SNGPL.
  • The application process is completed by the next billing cycle.
  • Business Development Department of SNGPL is responsible for transfer of gas connection.
  • No Object Certificate (NOC) from SNGPL is not a mandatory condition for transfer of needle gas connection from previous owner to present owner.
  • All dues must be cleared before applying.
  • SNGPL does not charge any fee for application processing.
